Pim’s Pick ‘N’ Mix, a brand of Transatlantic Candy LLC (“Pim’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates pimspicknmix.com and related services (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us directly

• Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, order history.
• Account / newsletter: email address, name (if provided), preferences.
• Customer service: the content of any messages you send us via email, contact form, or phone.

Information from third parties

• Payment processors: we use Shopify Payments to process transactions. We receive confirmation that a payment was successful, but we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Marketing platforms: aggregated audience and campaign data from Meta, Google, and similar advertising services.

We use personal information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and customer service.
• Communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries.

• Shopify Inc.— e-commerce platform and payment processing.
• Shipping carriers(USPS, UPS, FedEx) — order fulfillment.
• Email service providers(Mailchimp / Klaviyo / similar) — newsletter and transactional emails.
• Analytics providers(Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) — understanding how the Site is used.
• Advertising partners(Meta Pixel, Google Ads, if enabled) — measuring campaign effectiveness. You can opt out of these via our cookie banner.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, analyze traffic, and (with your consent) personalize advertising.

• Right to delete personal information we collected from you (subject to legal exceptions).
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharingof personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. While we do not sell personal information for money, our use of advertising cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel) may be considered “sharing” under CPRA. • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive information for purposes other than those allowed by law.
• Right to non-discrimination— we will not charge you a different price or provide a lower level of service for exercising these rights.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (for example, tax and order records are kept for at least seven years). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit via HTTPS, access controls, vendor due diligence) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@pimspicknmix.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, via a banner on the Site or by email).
