The idea began at home. When we moved to the U.S., my youngest daughter Pim deeply missed the Swedish pick ’n’ mix candy we grew up with. As a mother, I wanted to recreate that feeling for her, while also offering a treat I could feel good about, with better ingredients and without unnecessary additives. In Sweden, pick ’n’ mix is more than candy, it’s a ritual, a colorful landscape of flavors, textures, and choices where every visit becomes a personal discovery. For decades it has been a beloved part of everyday life, combining quality ingredients with the joy of choosing exactly what you crave. Inspired by this unique tradition, Pim’s Pick ’n’ Mix was developed to translate that experience into a modern retail concept.
